All our items are thoroughly checked before being sent out and purchased. We cannot be held responsible for damages to products once they have been received &/or worn.
Please be cautious when wearing styles that have bows, pom poms, diamantes or any other embellishments. These are for decoration purposes only. No liability for return will be accepted. Customer takes full responsibility for any damages once taken out of the packaging &/or once worn.
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
For all online orders we have a 14 day returns & exchange guarantee. All that we ask is items are returned in the condition you received them in.
- 14 day returns policy
- We are happy for to return or exchange all undamaged items within this time period. however we will NOT REFUND OR PAY POSTAGE for returns of items that are not faulty, postage will be paid by customer. For faulty items please see the relevant section below.
- When returning an item that is faulty you will be refunded up to £3.90 to cover any shipping costs (proof of postage must be provided from customer). This coincides with our own standard shipping prices which covers all of our product shapes & sizes. A shipping refund of up to £3.90 will be issued once the item has arrived with us & has been subject to our product checks.
- Anything paid over £3.90 to return items is at the customer's discretion & will not be refunded by Tina Jayne Boutique. Paying more than this for return postage is at the customers discretion.
- Full refunds are available for ms within the 14 day period.as long as items have not been worn or used Full refunds are only available to orders made online through www.tinajayneboutique.com.
- Full refunds do not include the full shipping cost. Refunds only include the return shipping costs (proof of postage is required). Straight exchanges, credit notes and gift cards are also available if you'd prefer. We regret to inform that we cannot return items after this 14 day period
- Our 14 day returns policy begins on the shipping date (date you receive shipping email notification).
- If your item has a fault, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We take faults in our items very seriously and will be more than happy to help resolve the issue for you. Please note Tina Jayne Boutique cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur once the item has been worn &/or used.
- We cannot accept liability for damages done once your item has been worn
- Worn items cannot be returned unless there is an obvious manufacturer fault that a member of staff has inspected. (items must be sent back for inspection by our team where an outcome will be provided).
- Items that have been washed cannot be returned regardless of fault, please bear this in mind when dealing with a faulty item.

- For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns on Jewellery, Swimwear & worn footwear. Worn footwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturer fault (item must be sent back for inspection by our team).
